Applies the hot-melt adhesive to the workpiece, feeds the edge to the workpiece, automatically cuts it from the roll, and presses it onto the workpiece, guaranteeing perfect positioning.

- END TRIMMING UNIT IN-801
For trimming the front and rear edge overhangs with 0° to 15° angle.

- 2-MOTOR MULTIFUNCTIONAL PROFILE MILLING UNIT AR02 E
For corner rounding and profile milling of workpiece edges made of synthetic material up to a thickness of max. 3 mm.

JOINTING CUTTER UNIT RT02
Joins the workpiece before glue application.
Equipped with two 1.8 kW high-frequency motors at 12,000 rpm.

SCRAPER UNIT RB02
For post-processing thick PVC/ABS edges.

FLAT SCRAPER RC02
Aggregate for removing excess glue in the edge-to-panel area. Equipped with tracing rollers and a flat knife with engagement control.

BUFFING UNIT SZ02
For cleaning and buffing the workpiece edge using fabric polishing discs.
The unit automatically adapts to the workpiece thickness.

ANTI-ADHESIVE SPRAY UNIT ADZ02
Precision application of anti-adhesive using injectors activated by numerical control.

KIT PRO-GLUE
The PRO-GLUE kit includes the following components:
• TEKNO-GLUE system for optimal gluing through:
- controlled pressure of the glue roller
- automatic disengagement in case of feed stop
- automatic ON/OFF of the glue unit
• REVERSE system to switch the glue roller for co- or counter-rotation

Electrical and mechanical preparation for the use of special glue pots for POLYURETHANE glue with machines equipped for EVA gluing.

NC Axis for Fine Trimming Unit
Kit for the automatic adjustment of tracing rollers and tools to match edge type and thickness. Adjustment takes place via the control system.
Pair of multiprofile cutters for the fine trimming unit: 25-degree bevel, radius 2 mm + radius 1 mm plus straight profile for solid wood.

NC Axis for Profile Milling Unit
Kit for automatic adjustment of the tracer to match the edge thickness. Adjustment takes place via the control system.
Function for processing only on the corners.

NC Axis for Scraper Unit
