        A homogenizer is the machine that enables the size reduction of globules and fat particles of food products. In other words, it reduces variations in two heterogeneous substances, makes them uniformly consistent and reduces separation after mixing.

Homogenizers stabilize fat emulsions and disperse solids in aqueous solutions. In this way, we avoid that with the difference in density, some parts of the mixture remain on the surface and others precipitate to the bottom.
Therefore, we are not only talking about mixing particles, but about a more complex process that can integrate emulsification, homogenization, solubilization, suspension, dispersion and disintegration of solid particles.
To carry out this particle size reduction, the product is pumped under pressure by means of valves and pistons in monobloc compression blocks. These valves allow us to define the desired flow rate and pressure.
