Behringer HBM440A

The Behringer HBM 440 A high-performance band saw is a fully automatic straight-cut band saw designed for the economical, safe, and precise cutting of solid metal and comparable plastics. It is particularly well-suited for machining materials that are difficult to cut. The machine can be operated with both bimetal and carbide-tipped saw bands.

As an optional feature, the HBM 440 A is equipped with a 11 kW saw motor.

The machine offers a cutting range of up to 440 mm for round material and up to 440 x 440 mm for flat material. The saw band dimensions are 6,700 x 54 x 1.3 mm.
The frequency-controlled saw blade drive, with a power output of 11 kW, enables a continuously variable cutting speed ranging from 15 to 150 m/min.
