BEHRINGER HBP 530/1104 GA – large, refurbished angle band saw

For sale: a heavy-duty, industrial BEHRINGER HBP 530/1104 GA band saw with a rotating table for making angled cuts.

The machine is in full working order and was used in our facility. It has undergone a major overhaul and complete refurbishment. It has been equipped with a new control system, and the electrical system and power supply have been renovated. All functions operate correctly.

Currently, the machine is stored in a warehouse and is not in active production. Upon prior arrangement, it can be started up, thoroughly inspected, and a test cut can be performed.

The large working range allows for cutting components that do not fit in standard band saws. The machine is ideal for processing large profiles, welded structures, pipes, beams, sections, and solid materials.

The rotating table enables both straight cuts at 90° and bevel cuts. This is particularly useful in the production of steel structures, halls, frames, machine components, and large welded structures.

DRIVEN ROLLER CONVEYOR

The machine is equipped with driven transport rollers operated by a hand-held remote. These allow for convenient movement of very heavy and long materials.

The length and positioning of the material are adjusted manually. The machine does not have an automatic length feeder.
