Overview

This BEDI EMV7012 is a pick-and-place case packer built in 2005 by the French manufacturer BEDI (Bureau d'Ingénierie et de Développement Industriel). A gripper head with gripping tulips picks the bottles from the four infeed lanes and places them into cardboard cases. The machine ran in a winery on glass bottles of 750 ml, 375 ml and 1,000 ml, at up to 10 cycles per minute in a bottling line with an output of 6,000 bottles per hour.
