Rack system with 305 cassettes
The individual cassette, which holds the bar material, has a clear width of
400/500 mm and a clear height of 410/600 mm. The total length is
6200 mm; it can hold 3000 kg. The rack system can be divided so that it can be stored on the left and right.

With the master switch joystick, you can control the two lifting and lowering speeds
and the continuously variable rail travel speeds, even in diagonal movement. Two gates at the
ends of the walkway.
Contact strips to secure the lowering movement on two sides below the roller conveyor and on three
sides below the walkway.
Horizontally acting travel contact strips, 7000 mm long, to secure the travel movement in front of and
behind the rack transporter.
All steel parts are sandblasted, primed, and spray-painted with a synthetic resin paint RAL 3002 chimney red.

Additional equipment

Infeed and outfeed device
In addition to the 3-part roller conveyor, the guide rail is screwed horizontally. At its
end, there is a reversible brake gear motor that drives the carriage, which is mounted on six bearings in the guide rail, via sprockets and a high-performance chain. The roller-bearing-mounted
running rollers on the carriage absorb all the forces that occur when pulling and pushing the
long material. The infeed and outfeed arm is located in the working position in the middle of the roller conveyor width, approximately 200 mm above the top edge of the roller conveyor. It can be manually pivoted out of the roller conveyor area.

Swiveling platform
Swiveling platforms can be provided on both sides of the rack transporter.
If there is an accessible rack aisle, the rack transporter must have a distance of 500 mm to the stored
long material. This makes it difficult for the person standing on the operating platform to reach and pull the long material with their hands. The swiveling platform is
swung into the free space in front of the rack compartment in two seconds, locked, and ready for use. In just as little time, the platform is retracted, locked, and the electrical contact
releases the rack transporter for further travel. 2 complete platforms.
