The digi test II enables precise and user-independent hardness measurements on elastomers, polymers, soft-elastic materials, composite materials and foams. The modularly expandable measuring system is used in research and development as well as in production and quality control to determine the material hardness of a broad product portfolio and to ensure quality standards.

Modularly expandable
Interchangeable measuring devices enable a simple change between the numerous measurement methods in the areas of Shore, IRHD and VLRH without tools and with only a few steps. Thanks to the wide range of positioning and measuring devices offered, the digi test II is the right choice for laboratory, production, quality assurance and development when testing a broad product portfolio.

Many shapes – one solution
Thanks to its modular expandability, the digi test II enables the measurement of all sample geometries. Whether you want to perform measurements on flat, inclined, concave or convex geometries, you will receive exact measurement values from a sample thickness of 0.7 mm thanks to the approach system.

Secure measurement results without user influence
In addition to perfect alignment as a table unit, the Digi-Test II ensures the optimal measuring position of the test samples thanks to its numerous positioning devices. The most accurate measurements without user influence and manual pre-setting are guaranteed, which gives you time for the important things.
Comprehensive analysis through various measurement methods
Do not only measure the hardness of your test specimen, but also the flow curve of the material during the test. With the option for hysteresis measurements, the Digi-Test II provides additional insights into the characteristic properties of the material.
CENTROFIX
Manually operated positioning device available as an accessory for the measurement of individual test specimens for the digi test II and the Gelomat. Modular attachments on the Centrofix allow samples and molded parts of any type to be clamped and fixed for measurement.
