1 used painting line, featuring circulating conveyor belt, manual spray booth for sample coating, automatic spray booth equipped with robot and workpiece rotary holder, reverse osmosis system for DI water, paint preparation, and exhaust air treatment system.

The system operates two shifts in serial production.
Manual loading and unloading onto a conveyor belt; otherwise fully automatic.

18.7.25: Update:
Dismantling is to be carried out from September 2025 on-site in Lohr by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all costs related to dismantling, packaging, collection, and transport to their own facility (FCA terms).
The area must be vacated no later than mid-January 2026 for installation of new production machines.

Due to the significant effort required for dismantling, early and thorough planning with the disassembly company is essential, as is prompt contact or a visit to the site. Additional information is provided in the attached handout.
