Axomatic Optima 700 ALU

Used Axomatic AXO 700 tube closing machine suitable for filling and closing aluminium tubes.

Method:
This machine automatically fills the tubes, closes the aluminium tubes through 4 folding stations, puts a code in the seal and automatically ejects the tubes. The tubes are fed and oriented manually.

This machine is set up in our showroom where we are happy to demonstrate the machine.

Technical details:

- Min/Max diameter aluminium tubes: 13 – 42 mm.
- Tube length from 60 to 250 mm.
- The tube holder with tube is lifted 55 mm over the filling pipe during filling.
- Min/Max dosage: 5 – 250 ml.
- The dosage quantity can be set outside the machine and can be read on a counter.
- Capacity: max. 1,200 tubes/hour (mechanical speed). The actual achievable capacity is partly dependent on the operator, the tube quality and the viscosity of the product to be filled.
- Electric drive by means of an electric motor of 0.37 kW, 380 Volt, 50 Hertz.
- All product contact parts are made of stainless steel 316, suitable for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
- Rotating table, adjustable in height, with readout of the set heights.
- No tube/no filling device.
- Coding unit for the tubes
- Automatic ejection device for the tubes.
- 7-station table.
- Standard hopper with lid 55 liter capacity.
- Machine frame and plating are made of stainless steel and is equipped with an anti-drip lock on the base, so that no product can enter the drive section.
- Stepless speed control from the dashboard.
- Security doors and casing made of stainless steel frame with plexiglass and door security.
- Direct machine drive without chain.
- Electric control box housed in the frame of the machine.
