The following work was carried out on the machine in 2025 for overhaul purposes:
Disassembly and overhaul of the ball screw drive or axis spindle, as well as replacement of the bearings of the X, Y and Z axes
Re-grinding of the wedge/guide strips of the X, Y and Z axes
Repair of the double tool changer, including replacement of the defective encoder, sensor and energy chain
Straightening and replacement of bent sheet metal
Replacement of oil and filters and cleaning of the tank
Disassembly of the machine table for repair, calibration and cleaning
Repair of the coolant tank, including restoration of the float switches, paper filter sensors and pumps
Repair and/or replacement of pushbuttons, damaged cables, fans, connectors and sensors of the double workstation
Replacement of the bellows of the X-axis with new parts
