VERTICAL HYDRAULIC BALER MG 50 TVE
Vertical hydraulic baler, model MG 50 T.V.E. 1200x1100x3500h, for compacting and baling soft material scraps such as fiberglass mats or similar.

The MG 50 T.V.E. model features a fully enclosed compaction chamber, with both the material loading door and bale extraction door capable of opening. The control panel is mounted on the side of the unit with integrated controls, and is equipped with a 10-meter extension cable to allow for placement away from the baler. The pressing plate is operated by a single cylinder with a 2700 mm stroke and is guided by four lateral sliding rails. Material is loaded from the front.

The compaction cycle (press descent and ascent) is automatically activated via push button.
- For transportation, the machine is manufactured in three parts: one section is 2000 mm high, one approximately 2300 mm high, and the cylinder, which will be assembled on-site.
- Bale tying is preset; it is done manually with the doors open. Via slots in the rear of the chamber, tying can be completed with standard pre-cut wire or strapping.

- Bale extraction is carried out by forklift, with special channels at the base for the insertion of fork tines.
- The bale extraction door is closed via a handwheel, ensuring safe operation even with elastic materials. A safety microswitch ensures the door is securely closed before pressing. The top loading door features a hydraulic lever closure with machine-mounted controls.
- The baler can be placed flush against a wall; only front space is required for material loading and bale removal.
- The hydraulic circuit is equipped with an anti-fall safety blocking valve for the press plate.
- The machine must be anchored to the floor and is placed above a wash liquid collection tray.
