Complete refurbished Amandus Kahl C35-780 pellet press production line
Complete production line featuring a fully refurbished Amandus Kahl C35-780 pellet press.

The Amandus Kahl C35-780 pellet press has recently undergone a complete overhaul at the Amandus Kahl factory. All documentation for the newly replaced parts is available. An overview of these parts can also be found among the photos.
The production line consists of:
- Amandus Kahl C35-780 pellet press
- New 110 kW electric motor on the pellet press
- Electrical control cabinet with emergency stop, including complete electrical documentation
- Conveyor belt

- Screening and cooling system that screens the pellets and cools them automatically
- Hydraulic nut
- Roller head in perfect condition
- Including electrical wiring
- Feed screw that transports the material to the pellet press
- Automatic dosing system that measures the amount of pellets for filling, for example, a big bag
- 4 extra dies with 6 mm holes
- 60 liters of extra synthetic oil
Overview of the parts replaced during the overhaul:
- 7 new bearings
- 2 new wear rings
- 1 new air filter
- 2 new oil seals
- 1 new oil filter
- 1 new oil pump
- 20 liters of synthetic oil 800/460
- 1 new pressure piece for the main shaft
