AL-KO POWER VAC

The devices from the AL-KO POWER VAC series are used wherever high suction power and a large air volume flow are required. Typical applications include chip extraction from saws in window manufacturing or direct extraction of milling chips on multi-head welding machines.

Functionality:
A negative pressure of up to 10,000 Pa enables quick and safe extraction of chips and dust directly at the source. This ensures smooth production processes and consistently high product quality. The looped filters provide a high separation efficiency for both coarse particles and fine dust. It is also possible to connect a ductwork system to link multiple processing machines to the extraction unit. AL-KO POWER VAC devices are equipped with the proven AL-KO OPTI JET filter cleaning system and come standard with a control system featuring an integrated frequency inverter. This allows extraction performance to be adjusted at any time to meet operational requirements.

Applications:
- Cleaning suction of floors, machinery, and workstations in industrial and craft settings
- Extraction from hand-held processing machines during grinding, milling, sawing, and deburring
- Collecting dry dust up to dust class ST1, direct extraction from small processing and work machines
