Since 2003, as part of an operational partnership and in cooperation with Loroch GmbH Maschinenfabrik Mörlenbach, we have been offering service work as well as repairs and maintenance for saw sharpening machines, including the following models:

- Loroch JLM V
- Loroch JLM VI
- Loroch Hydromat
- Loroch G77
- Loroch BL65
- Loroch JLM 36
- Loroch B50

However, our main focus is on the SSM automatic saw chain sharpener – developed in 1984 by Loroch Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Mörlenbach. Back then, it was fully pneumatically controlled. In the years that followed, the SSM was continuously improved and became established among all user groups:

- Power tool dealers
- Professional sharpening services
- Harvester operators
- Forestry enterprises and training centers

At that time, harvesters (timber harvesters) were still largely unknown in Germany, so the main sales market was Scandinavia, where most of these machines in all equipment variants are in operation.

For this reason, production was licensed to Sweden in 1996: From then on, the SSM was assembled at ANAB in Östersund, Sweden, and distributed directly from there.

Since 2003, FMT has been responsible for sales and support of the SSM in German-speaking regions. And here, you are in the best hands!
