The company was founded in 1993 by Eng. Kamen Kotsev, Eng. Vasil Manev, and Eng. Krasimira Kotseva, with its core business focused on the design and manufacturing of industrial robots, in particular packaging machines, measuring systems, and auxiliary equipment. The equipment produced finds application in the food processing, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Initially, the company consisted only of the three co-owners as staff, but the first machines manufactured were met with great interest by Bulgarian producers of packaged products.

Today, the company has its own production facility and employs over 60 people. The product range includes more than 30 different devices, and the company has also specialized in the design and manufacture of unique, custom-built units for industrial applications.
