For the shredding and processing of all types of plastic waste from production, processing, and post-consumer collection, Neue Herbold offers a comprehensive range of machinery and systems that are specially tailored to each individual application. Complementing this core product range is a special-purpose machine construction division, which enables the processing of recyclables such as electronic waste, insulation materials, and more.

Founded in 1995, the company employs around 70 staff members at its Sinsheim-Reihen location. These employees form an experienced and innovative team in development, engineering, production, administration, and sales. The technical sales department serves as the main contact, working in cooperation with over 40 representatives worldwide.

Specifically designed for the processing of contaminated plastic waste, NEUE HERBOLD manufactures and supplies modular systems engineered to suit individual application requirements. The scope covers everything from shredding (wet or dry), through separation and removal of contaminants, cleaning of plastic flakes or granulates, up to mechanical drying—or, if required, thermal drying—of the resulting plastic granulates or flakes.
