The flour produced is delivered according to customer orders. Its product portfolio includes premium 000 white wheat flour, 650 white wheat flour for bakery applications, and whole wheat flour, mainly intended for bakery, pastry, confectionery, bread products, rolls, and pizza bases. The company offers both bulk flour, transported with specialized tanker trucks, and flour packaged in 40 kg bags or 1 kg pouches. The production and storage process is supported by in-house quality control, and all products are accompanied by the necessary documentation. Moara Domneasca also supplies milling by-products such as wheat bran and wheat germ, as well as other feed products and cereals.
