Reliable, simple, and efficient
This machine operates entirely pneumatically and requires only compressed air. As a result, it is very low-maintenance, reliable, and immediately ready for plug & play operation. A small compressor is sufficient to operate the machine; a compressor can be supplied upon request.

Flexible fill volume
The filling machine is equipped with a 500 ml cylinder, allowing a maximum of 500 ml to be dispensed per stroke.

- Minimum fill quantity: 50 ml
- Any volume between 50 and 500 ml can be dispensed in a single stroke
- Larger volumes are easily achievable by conducting multiple strokes consecutively

Large hopper & expansion options
The machine features a 30-liter stainless steel hopper. It can also be connected to an IBC container or 200-liter drum, allowing for swift and efficient processing of larger filling batches.

Manual or automatic operation
The filling machine comes with:
- Foot pedal – fill at your own pace
- Automatic mode – continuous filling cycle for higher throughput
Depending on the product, fill volume, and operator, approximately 15 to 25 units per minute can be filled.
