We offer a new industrial single-shaft shredder 3E Machinery WT40100, equipped with a 45 kW main motor and a hydraulic pusher system.

The WT series is designed for the pre-shredding of large and bulky materials that cannot be fed directly into granulators due to their size and structure. The hydraulic pusher automatically pushes the material towards the rotor, ensuring efficient and stable shredding.

The hydraulic pusher system continuously pushes the material towards the cutting rotor, providing effective processing even with bulky or irregularly shaped waste.

The shredder is equipped with a robust low-speed rotor, an external bearing system, and overload protection. The machine can also be integrated with a granulator, conveyor, screw conveyor, or other equipment to create a complete shredding and recycling line. 3E Machinery specifically showcases the WT40100 operating together with a PC4280 granulator as a complete shredding system.
