An efficient and economical lamination process is realized with the SMARTLAM CHK hot-cold transfer press system (Twin Stack series).

The SMARTLAM CHK is a twin-stack system that offers higher efficiency and increased output compared to conventional single-stack systems. By using two presses—one for heating and one for cooling—cycle times and energy consumption are significantly reduced.
Depending on the material and laminate structure, up to 4 cycles per hour can be achieved with the SMARTLAM when processing 10 laminate layers per level.
It is possible to place multiple laminates side by side in a single cassette.
In alternative short-cycle test operation, approximately 1–2 cycles per minute can be achieved with one laminate layer per cassette (without vacuum and without a pressurized preheating phase).
