Excellent condition!

We used the system for dry pipe tobacco. It is suitable for all free-flowing products, such as spices, nuts, seeds, gummy bears, and many other types of food.

All components of the system are coordinated by an experienced team and operated as a complete line. If you want to fill free-flowing products into cans or even first into pouches and then into cans (both options possible), this is the perfect system for you.

The system can fill both into tubular bags and directly into cans.

The entire line has a capacity of 30 cans per minute. Some components, like the capper and the labelling machine, offer significantly higher throughput.

Configured for 400 ml cans; we have used both Obeck and Polipack cans, and both worked flawlessly. Other can formats are possible and the system can be adjusted accordingly (additional costs will apply).

The line consists of:

- 14-head multihead weigher with automatic product feeding from a Chinese manufacturer (don’t be discouraged - parts availability is excellent and there is a technician in Germany. Additionally, the system is extremely reliable!)

- Form-fill-seal (FFS) machine with Siemens control

- Can filling station from Wellman Anlagentechnik GmbH

- Can denester from Tölke with automatic can feeding (cans can be loaded by the carton)

- Capper from Bosch with automatic lid feeding (lids can be loaded by the carton)

- Labelling machine for lid and side labels from Herma

Alternatively, an auger feeder can also be offered, allowing product to be filled directly from Eurobins and automatically dispensed.
